Lily, the drone flying camera

Drones are very versatile and can be used by people with different interests. If you are not interested in learning the skills to fly a RC vehicle, but only care about taking videos and stills from the quadcopter, this might be the product for you. The manufacturer Lily have produced a drone that is super easy to use. The principle is straightforward. You literally throw the quad in the air and it automatically flys off, following you (as long as you wear the tracking device). It records at 1080p at 60fps and 720p at 120fps. Stills are captured at 12 MP. It promises a 20 min flying time. A nice extra feature is that it is waterproof; it can even float and take off from water. It looks like a very interesting product indeed.

Like a third-person Go Pro, the Lily Camera is meant for filming those that need their hands for doing extreme sport
