Mountaineering drone takes images of Ben Nevis

Mountaineering is a great outdoor activity, even more so if in your adventure you are followed by a drone with a GoPro. This is what the North Welsh mountaineering instructor Rob Johnson has done whilst walking up the Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in Britain.

The most difficult thing was not walking on the mountain, but waiting for some clear skies; apparently this mountain gets only 5-10 days of clear sky a year! Rob had to wait for about 6 weeks for the right moment.

It was worth waiting though, look  for yourself at the beautiful images, that were shot on a DJI Phantom 2 with a Gopro 3+ (with [glossary]FPV[/glossary]).
